Building Products with AI.
I'm Otávio Saoli, Product & Design Lead at SmartHow. I design the part of AI products people actually touch: what the AI shows, what it asks you, and how you correct it when it gets something wrong.

Leading product and design at SmartHow
SmartHow is the management system that runs itself. Its AI writes investigation reports, keeps procedures up to date, briefs shift handovers, follows up corrective actions and gets plants ready for audits, for quality and operations teams in chemicals, pharma, food, mining and automotive. I lead the product and its design: what the system does on its own, what it brings to a person to approve, and how it shows its work so people can trust it.
